We had the best time at this lovely villa. The host was very helpful and responsive. The location is excellent - easy to walk to bars, restaurants and shops - usually a 250TL ride back in the taxi due to the steep walk. The villa is stunning, great pool, private gardens, very clean and well maintained. We will be back next year. Thank you Mr Suleyman!

Suleyman's Villa was first class.......well designed and tastefully furnished. It had everything for an enjoyable family vacation. Well located, close to bars and restaurants and the beach. Suleyman was a fantastic host and lovely guy. He had great communication and helped us instantly with any issues (we had some bad storms!). The villa itself is beautiful - so spacious and well presented throughout. Suleyman had thought of little things that made arriving late at night very welcoming - a lovely welcome package of fruit, milk, pastries and wine. We arrived during a torrential storm so this was extremely welcome! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and the outdoor space is gorgeous. Despite the storm, the weather cleared and we could enjoy the huge pool area and plentiful sun loungers and furniture for the next for days. Kalkan is fantastic - lots of amazing restaurants, Zeugma, Don Don and Oz Adana stand out. The Migros supermarket nearby is great - the ladies on the dips counter are so nice! Good parking off road at the villa too. Kas and Patara Plaj sand dunes are good to visit. Be prepared for steep streets - it is worth it though! FROM AİRBNB

The host came round daily with no prior confirmation. We did not feel like we could relax. He also brought children and a dog with him. Also got asked a day after arriving for a deposit which no prior request of this or it stating this anywhere in the bio of the stay information he made us feel like he saw us then didnt trust us. We had to pay 3 additional days for the pool to be heated as apparently the heat is turned on 3 days prior which i dont believe to be true going off the tempreture only hitting an enjoyable tempreture 3 days after we arrived i dont beleive it was turned on 3 days prior. The hot water for showers/baths was not consistent. When it came to check out which is at 10am the host came at 9:30 took a 5 minute look around then just stood over us. This made us feel very uncomfortable and the time of check out needs to be changed if he does this to everyone. FROM AİRBNB
